B2A has changed my way of viewing what weights are important for me to achieve as a player. Always provided me with support and confidence and was one of the key reasons why I had the year I did last year. Without B2A there'd be no PFA award, or ballon d'or nominations.

I was playing injured for a while but after seeing Steve he advise me that a long period of with strengthening exercise would benefit me and keep me from getting injured again, It was good to hear as I have struggled with hamstring injuries previously, I felt at ease and discussed with him, and after a few weeks of different exercises and work with Steve I was injury-free and ready to get back playing, I would use B2A again, hopefully not too soon but I would recommend them to anyone, thanks again.

Every training session was harder than the previous but the end results were 100% worth it. Every session was well organised and effective from disguised running drills, small high intensity 5 a side matches and passing/shooting drills. Despite being in pain most of the time every session was fun. By far the fittest and sharpest I’ve been in many years thanks to Rayan and Steve at B2A.
