Small group personal training provides all the benefits 1 to 1 training provides and more, at a more affordable cost. Training in a group environment with likeminded people, encourages the whole group to succeed and progress more quickly.
You will still receive a 1-1 evaluation from one of our elite trainers, and 1 to 1 coaching during your session. Your goals will be set out, a program devised, and the group setting will provide you with motivation, accountability and most importantly, a TEAM that spurs you on to achieve your goals.

B2A, where do I start? I cannot believe how many years it’s been. To think who I was when I started at the gym to who I am now is crazy. I have absolutely loved being part of the B2A family. B2A is so special to me, the staff have driven me so far, mentally and physically. They’ve been able to encourage and push me to achieve things I never thought were possible, whether it’s gym related or not. The constant encouragement, laughs and banter make it a gym like no other.
